Separate room with an extremely comfy bed and great-sized bathroom. Easy check-in, late check-out, and well-experienced staff. - Beautiful location in a comfortable area close to attractions, the lovely town center, and two restaurants, with one offering a high-end prix fixe menu and the other overlooking the bay.

This was an enjoyable stay in the awesome town of Stone Harbor. This hotel had a central position on the bay side of Stone Harbor. Further, it was short walk to a short getaway as well as a nearby tavern which was decent for a meal. The pool was nice and I had refreshing drinks in the lobby bar.

I loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist each other and make my stay comfortable. The rooms, although slightly small, were well-equipped with a good-sized TV and a great air conditioning system. The decor had a lovely coastal vibe without feeling cheap. The location of this place was excellent, right in downtown with easy access to shops and dining options. The hotel even provided a chauffeur service to and from the beach, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed and even shuttling us to the beach. The beds were so comfortable, with Frette linens, and the towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided for the beach were a wonderful touch. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
Recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was great value for money, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the top-of-the-line beds and linens to the flawless bathrooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. The basic amenities were all there, and I loved the modern conveniences in the rooms, especially the cozy fireplace.

Spent a wonderful Xmas getaway at this hotel. Loved the warm, cozy feeling of the lobby and the friendly greeting upon arrival. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after a cold day out exploring. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the beach.
Honestly, there wasn't much we didn't like about this hotel. The only downside was the limited room service options during the Xmas holiday.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was a bit disappointing. there were a few positive aspects to mention. First and foremost, the staff was friendly and provided two complimentary snacks. the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and near many shops and restaurants. the room itself was comfortable and had a nice view of the water.
the heating in our room was broken, resulting in constant blasting heat that made it difficult to sleep.
